Streamline Builders Finishes up for a White Christmas

The team at Streamline Builders just finished up another beautiful renovation just in time for a White Christmas.  That’s right, you’ll find “white” WindsorONE trim boards & moldings throughout this Mill Valley CA project supplied by Golden State Lumber in San Rafael. Wainscoting and walls decked out in WORS Shiplap with Craftsman style details throughout. Thanks to owner/builder Tim Mortensen for sharing the great photos, his clients will be able to spend Christmas morning at home.

    Peggy,

The paint used is Benjamin Moore London Fog. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

How do I get these trims? Just bought my first New Home from a reputable builder but I don\’t like the thin crown and base boards?

Could you tell me the size of the board used on top of the doors please? Love the simplicity of this trim.

    Hi Laura,
You can use WindsorONE S4SSE 5/4×2 trim boards for that cap piece. For the header frieze & casing, it can vary (1×4-1×5 for the casing or 5/4×5, 5/4×6 for the frieze).
You can find out more about the S4S Craftsman trim here: https://windsorone.com/products/moldings/classical-craftsman/
We’re also available to help via phone 8-5pst at 888.229.7900
Hope this helps & good luck with your project!

Looks Fantastic and Great Inspiration!

1. What is used for the top of the wall moulding in the images with grey walls and white doors?
Is it called cove moulding? Apologies on not knowing all the official terms

2. To confirm the london fog color is the greyish wall color? Do you know what the white color is?

Thanks! — Steven

The crown molding used here was the Colonial Revival Crown WOCM006. You can find measurements and info here:

Yes, London Fog is the gray color, unfortunately we do not know which white was used in this project. It’s important to note, colors will vary greatly from photos to different screens etc. It might be best to look at swatches from the paint manufacturer or inquire with them which white would work best. Hope this helps!

Hi Francisco, unfortunately WindsorONE is not currently available in Europe. Good luck with your project! And if you ever have a project in the U.S. we’d be more than happy to help.
